Boyd Reunion 2008

The second Boyd Reunion was held on the 15th, 16th and 17th of August 2008 with more than 50 people attending the event.

The weekend started on the Friday night with a get-together in Ionad Cois Locha, Dunlewey.

On the Saturday night we met again for our reunion ‘banquet’.

Sunday was spent in Carrickfin when we revived the tradition of travelling from Bunbeg to Carrickfin to attend Church. We then had a picnic, before touring Carrickfin to view some of the sites of our ancestors.
